I am an electronics engineer with an extensive experience in Injection moulding machines and ancillary equipments field for last 19 years in India. My last job was as Service Manager for RA SA Technology in Mumbai for Haitai Injection moulding machines (up to 900 T) with Mirle, Focal controllers.

A brief information about my career as give below:


A. CHIEF SERVICE ENGINEER @ Unimark, Mumbai : 14 years experience of servicing ARBURG injection moulding machines, Mold Master hot runner systems and temperature controllers, Ancillary equipments from the reputed manufacturers e.g. Tool Temp, Labotek, Staubli, Regloplas, Labtech etc

B. SERVICE ENGINEER @ Husky Injection Moulding Systems Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai : 6 months experience servicing Husky Injection moulding machines up to 2700T, Hot-runner systems and temperature controllers, PET- Preform moulds, Tracer robots.

C.SERVICE ENGINEER @ Battenfeld India Ltd., Mumbai : 1 year experience servicing Nigaata Injection moulding machines up to 400T, Battenfeld Injection moulding machines.

D. SERVICE MANAGER @ Ra Sa Technology, Mumbai : 1.25 year experience leading a team of service engineers for after sales service, machine installations for Haitai Injection molding machines and auxiliary equipments by Xinre Machinery Mfg.Co.Ltd, Selling spare parts.

E. Visited Switzerland, Germany, China for training and machine-mould trial purpose. Visited Nepal, Sri Lanka for machine installation commissioning; servicing purpose. Visited Fakuma 2000 exhibition.

F. Training : machine building and testing for Arburg, Nigaata, Battenfeld, Husky injection moulding machines: Ability to rebuild an injection and clamp unit. Ability to level a machine and a robot; to adjust nozzle concentricity, platen parallelism, and tie-bar stretch.

G. Active participation in Plast-India and Plastivision fairs.
